By using UiMint, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These terms take effect the first time you use UiMint and apply to all future use of the product.

2. License & Usage

UiMint provides a software tool that helps convert designs into React Native code.

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use UiMint
• You fully own your designs and generated code
• UiMint claims no ownership over your work

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or the service is misused.

3. Payments & Refunds

UiMint is a digital product. Once access is granted or usage has occurred, refunds are not provided unless required by law.

4. Disclaimer

UiMint is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or perfect results for every design.

Clean and well-structured designs generally produce better results.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UiMint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.

UiMint's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, if any.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing and validating the generated code before using it in production. UiMint is not responsible for what you build using the output.

7. Pricing Changes

Pricing may change as UiMint evolves. Early access or discounted pricing does not guarantee future pricing.

UiMint is a tool to save time — not a replacement for good engineering judgment.
